Dear Alexandru,
We are greatly concerned by the outstanding debt you have accumulated to the people that have worked for Terrasynq over the past couple of years. From the moment you have started representing Terrasynq by yourself, you have made no progress in paying the debt to the developers, designers and associates that have made Terrasynq possible, and you haven't shown any intention to honor these debts in the near future.
All of the work that you claim to be Terrasynq's portfolio currently at Terrasynq.net has been made possible by people that haven't been paid to this day. Some haven't received any payments, while others continued to work for months at the promise that their balance would be paid in full.
Here is a list of just some of the people Terrasynq owes money to, initials are used to protect their identity, but you will surely recognize who they are:
These people have worked hard for their money and Terrasynq's debt has accumulated to over $30,000. We urge you to honor your debts to these people. Until then we cannot make an agreement over the domain and brand, brand which all these people have helped build. Despite your sense of self-entitlement, the Terrasynq.com domain name and logo are not legally yours.
Also we respectfully ask you to stop all harassments against us through email, text messaging, and phone calls, and to stop trying to influence people and businesses into gaining access into our accounts. Please note that all these actions do not go unnoticed and if the harassments continue, we are considering a class action lawsuit as well as publicly releasing these messages.
Sincerely,
The Past Associates of Terrasynq.
